Andrew Brian Potts
Director and Financial Planner
Andrew studied at Victoria University obtaining a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance/International Trade). He also studied at Investment Banking Institute obtaining a Diploma of Financial Planning, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan.
Andrew has been a financial adviser since 2014 when he began as an Authorised Representative of National Sterling Group. He has been the director of Potts Financial Services Pty Ltd since December 2014. Both Potts Financial Services and Andrew have been Authorised Representatives of Shartru Wealth Management since June 2018.
Andrew is an Authorised Representative of Shartru Wealth Management Pty Ltd. He specialises in Superannuation, Risk Insurance and Investment Strategies. He is based in Melbourne and available for appointments over the phone or in person.

Rhys McKenna
Brand Ambassador
We're excited to welcome Rhys McKenna to our team as a Brand Ambassador for the 2024/25 season and, hopefully, beyond. Rhys represents Victoria in the Women’s National Cricket League (WNCL) and plays for the Melbourne Stars in the Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL).
She brings a wealth of experience, having played club cricket for Prahran and represented Victoria in underage cricket at all levels. Notably, Rhys captained the Australian Under-19 team to the semi-finals in the 2023 World Cup. This season, she showcased her skill with the third-fastest fifty in WBBL history against the Sixers and an impressive four-wicket haul for Victoria in the WNCL.
As a powerful all-rounder and emerging leader, Rhys has a bright future ahead, and we're excited to support her on her journey.
Olivia Porter
Brand Ambassador
Olivia is now in her third year as a brand ambassador and currently represents the ACT Meteors in the Women’s National Cricket League (WNCL).
Originally from Sydney, Olivia has a strong foundation in cricket, having represented New South Wales at all junior levels and captaining the Cricket Australia XI at the 2017 National Under-18 Championships. She has also led the Universities Cricket Club in New South Wales’ grade competition. Despite an injury-plagued season last year, she demonstrated her skill by achieving the second-highest batting average for the Meteors, highlighted by an impressive half-century against the three-time champions, Tasmania.
As a promising all-rounder with significant potential, we’re proud to support Olivia as she continues to elevate her game.
Wilbert Chhua
IT and Marketing
Wilbert holds dual degrees from Monash University - Commerce and Business Information Systems.
He commenced his professional career in business advisory at a mid-tier accounting and financial planning firm, where he worked successfully for several years.
He is now following his real passion for applying online marketing strategies and innovative technologies in financial services.
The accounting profession's loss is very much our gain.
